Creating new system user

How to create new system user:


1. Navigate to your Kaseya VSA menu > System

2. Expand System > User security > User


3. Select New to create new user

4. Fill up the information respectively. Since this account will administrate Kaseya, you can choose system as initial role and scope. Username must follow email address and you may select "require a password change at next logon" to ensure the respective user change their password accordingly.

5. On the first login, there will be a 2FA setup by default that require QR code scan. Preferably, use 2FA apps from Google Authenticator / Microsoft Authenticator or any 2FA apps that supporting the features.
