There are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
- Restart the Kaseya VSA service on the machine where the Agent Probe is installed. This may resolve any issues that are causing the Probe to be stuck in an "uninstalling" status.
- Try uninstalling the Agent Probe manually by going to the "Add or Remove Programs" control panel on the machine where the Probe is installed and uninstalling the Probe from there.
- If the above steps do not work, you may need to manually remove the Agent Probe files and registry entries. To do this, follow these steps:
- Stop the Kaseya VSA service on the machine where the Agent Probe is installed.
- Navigate to the folder where the Agent Probe is installed (e.g., C:\Program Files\Kaseya\Agent) and delete the folder.
- Open the registry editor (e.g., by typing "regedit" into the Start menu search box) and delete the following registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Kaseya HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Kaseya
- Restart the machine and then try installing the Agent Probe again.
