How-to reset MFA in VSA 10 when device is no longer available?

Note: If you still able to access your account and wish to update your MFA, jump to step 5 under "For Affected User".


For Administrators:

1. Login to your console and copy one of the backup code for the affected user and forward to them. 


For Affected User:

1. Login to your console and on the "Two Factor Authentication" page, click "Try Another Way".


2. Click "Use one of your backup codes".


3. Use the code provided by Administrators.


4. Once you gained access to the console, navigate to Administration > Account > 2FA One-time passcode and click "Update OTP".


5. Scan the QR using your new MFA device and provide the code. You should successfully update your MFA after this step.
