Kaseya provides a status site which tracks the operational status of all their services. It also sends out notifications in the event of an outage and all planned maintenance schedules. Subscribe to stay informed regarding events related to your server
- Go to https://status.kaseya.net/
- Click on Subscribe
- Type in your email address
- Click on Subscribe
- Check your mailbox
- Click confirmation link
- Click Deselect All
- Search for your server (eg. saas49)
- Tick the check box
- Scroll all the way down
- Click save subscription
