Step to fix:
- Download .xml fixer tools from Kaseya : https://helpdesk.kaseya.com/hc/article_attachments/4406508979217/Kaseya.AgentProcedures.XML-Tool.zip
- Unzip the folder
- Run CMD as Administrator and locate the folder through "cd" parameter
- Run the command xml-tool.exe -p [file/folder path for the .xml that you want to fix]
- To confirm it work check the logs from the tool's folder
- Now its time to import it again toKVSA!
- Succesfull!
