Fix incorrect XML format during import Agent Procedure / Report

Error received when importing from agent procedure:

Step to fix:

  1. Download .xml fixer tools from Kaseya : https://helpdesk.kaseya.com/hc/article_attachments/4406508979217/Kaseya.AgentProcedures.XML-Tool.zip
  2. Unzip the folder
  3.  Run CMD as Administrator and locate the folder through "cd" parameter
  4. Run the command xml-tool.exe -p [file/folder path for the .xml that you want to fix]
  5. To confirm it work check the logs from the tool's folder
  6. Now its time to import it again toKVSA!
  7. Succesfull!
