This error might appear due to the older version of Kaseya. First, please check what K version the system is running.


Possible action:

1. Try fix the .xml first using xml fixer. (https://integricity.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/51000294763-fix-unable-to-import-agent-procedure-to-kvsa)


2. Open and identify the header and footer of the script. Edit from scExport to ScriptExport
