Unable to remote/initiate live connect on specific machine (Target) eventhough running KLC from different machine (Source)

You may try out the following steps on the targeted machine:


  1. Uninstall Live Connect from appwiz.cpl (Programs & Features) 
  2. Completely remove %localappdata%\Kaseya 
  3. Remove any files from C:\ProgramData\Package Cache
  4. Reboot your machine; this is critical, do not skip this step.
  5. Open up your VSA, initiate Live Connect, and follow the prompts to install.
