You may try out the following steps on the targeted machine:
- Uninstall Live Connect from appwiz.cpl (Programs & Features)
- Completely remove %localappdata%\Kaseya
- Remove any files from C:\ProgramData\Package Cache
- Reboot your machine; this is critical, do not skip this step.
- Open up your VSA, initiate Live Connect, and follow the prompts to install.
