1. Navigate to GSM console and click the "?" and click on "Support"
2. Click on "Create New Support Ticket"
3. Fill the information required accordingly
4. Typically, Support will request to submit log using the tool. The tool can be download from https://download.webroot.com/wsalogs.exe.
5. Download and execute the tool on the machine in question.
6. Enter the same email used for this support ticket and click "Go!"
Once it completed, update the ticket
